Terms of Use
Effective 4 November 2026
These terms apply to the Kapi app. Your use of Kapi is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Not medical advice
Kapi is a personal tracking tool for education and organisation. It does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice, and it is not a medical device. Estimated medication levels are approximations based on published population averages and your own entries; they are not clinical measurements. Always follow the guidance of your prescriber or pharmacist, and never change a dose or schedule because of something shown in Kapi.
Not affiliated
Kapi is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any medication manufacturer. Medication names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the medication you choose.
Subscription
Kapi is free to download and its core tracking is free to use. Some features require a Kapi Plus subscription, offered weekly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Your data
Your entries are stored only on your device. You are responsible for your device backups. See the Privacy Policy.
Availability
Kapi is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be free of errors.
