Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Kapi Plus. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
I got a new phone. Where is my data?+
Kapi stores data on your device, so it moves with your iCloud or computer backup. Restore the backup to the new phone. You can also export a CSV in Settings.
Reminders don't arrive.+
Check Settings > Notifications > Kapi on your device, and make sure dose reminders are on in Kapi's Settings. Reminders are scheduled from your last logged dose, so log each dose to keep them on time.
How is the estimated level calculated?+
From the doses you log and published half-life and time-to-peak averages for your medication. It is an estimate for orientation, not a lab value.
Restore a purchase+
On the plans screen or in Settings, tap Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you subscribed with.
Is there an app to track GLP-1 shots?+
Kapi is a GLP-1 and peptide tracker for iPhone and iPad. You log each shot or pill with the date, time, dose you were prescribed, injection site, pain and a note, and Kapi reminds you when the next one is due. It handles weekly, daily, every-14-day and custom schedules.
How do I keep track of injection sites?+
Kapi shows a body map with eight sites: four on the stomach, both thighs and both upper arms. Each shot you log records its site, and Kapi suggests the one that has rested longest, so you never have to remember which side was last. Site rotation is free for your first 3 shots, then part of Kapi Plus.
Can Kapi remind me on shot day?+
Yes. Set your shot day and time, and Kapi sends a reminder at that time, with an optional early one from 15 minutes to an hour before, or the evening before. If a weekly shot goes unlogged, one follow-up arrives the next morning. Reminders are scheduled on your phone, with no server involved.
Does Kapi tell me what dose to take?+
No. Kapi does not give medical advice. Follow your prescriber. You enter the medicine, dose and schedule your prescriber set, and Kapi keeps the record and the reminders. It never suggests a dose, a dose change or a schedule, and questions about your treatment belong with your care team.
Is my health data private?+
Your logs stay on your device. Kapi has no account and never sends your doses, weights, check-ins, notes or Apple Health data anywhere. It sends anonymous app usage and purchase records so the app can improve and subscriptions work, as the privacy policy explains in plain words.
How much does Kapi cost?+
Kapi is free to download. The free version logs shots, weight and check-ins, keeps your calendar and reminders, and shows your estimated level for the last 7 days. Kapi Plus adds the 30-day and 90-day level views, site rotation after your first 3 shots, weight history beyond 3 months, side-effect patterns and CSV export, yearly with a 3-day free trial or weekly. The app shows your local price before you buy.
